Rapunzel

I choose this because it is a very popluar folktale and i read the book plenty of times its about a girl Rapunzel who has dreamed about what lay on the other side of her villa’s wall. Then on her twelfth birthday, she uses her lasso skills to sneak over the top of the wall – and is horrified to discover Mother Gothel has been keeping hundreds of people enslaved in a horrible mining camp, including Rapunzel’s real mother!
Furious at Rapunzel for discovering the truth, Mother Gothel banishes her to a gigantic hollow tree where Rapunzel spends four years, watching her hair grow ridiculously long. To pass the time, Rapunzel practices her old rope tricks – using her braids as makeshift lassoes and whips. Eventually, she gets so good at using her braids that she lassos a distant tree and swings to freedom

The Devil was angry at the conversion of Sussex, one of the last counties to be converted from Paganism, and especially at the way churches were being built in every Sussex village. So he decided to dig right through the South Downs, a range of hills along the south of Britain. He swore that he would dig all the way through the hills to let the sea flood Sussex in a single night and drown the new Christians. He started inland near the village of Poynings and dug furiously sending huge clods of earth everywhere. One became Chanctonbury hill, another Cissbury hill, another Rackham Hill and yet another Mount Caburn.

Towards midnight, the noise he was making disturbed an old woman, who looked out to see what was happening. When she realized what the Devil was doing, she lit a candle and set it on her windowsill, holding up a metal sieve in front of it to create a dimly glowing globe. The Devil could barely believe that the sun had already risen, but the old woman had woken her rooster who let out a loud crowing and Satan fled believing that the morning had already come. Some say, that as he fled out over the English Channel, a great lump of earth fell from his cloven hoof, and that became the Isle of Wight; others say that he bounded northwards into Surrey, where his heavy landing formed the hollow called the Devil's Punch Bowl

Background
First started off as a toy back in the day and the cartoon was a great success.It is revealed that thousands of years ago there was a race of ancient Transformers who scoured the universe looking for energon sources. Known as the Dynasty of Primes, they used machines called Sun Harvesters to drain stars of their energy in order to convert it to energon and power Cybertron's AllSpark.

My Review

Transformers Revenge of the fallen was a great movie because of all the non stop action and a lot of great actors and actresses. The movie also has a lot of good jokes special effects and the camera shots were fantastic. It had you on your feet the whole time you were watching it. Soaring with loud noise's like BOOM metal groans and big thuds. the director and producer of this film is Michael Bay.Michael Bay is an American film maker he is best known as making big budget films such as such as Armageddon, The Rock, Pearl Harbor, Bad Boys, Bad Boys II, Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Michael Bay the director did a great job on this movie to me way better than the first one.

Plot
Over a five-day span, Bay’s “Transformers” sequel took in a large amount $201.2 million according to the first one. Which only the first one sold 200.8 million.The plot revolves around Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf), a boy caught in the war between Autobots and Decepticons, having visions of symbols, getting hunted by the Decepticons under the orders of their long-trapped leader, The Fallen, who seeks revenge on Earth by finding and activating a machine that would provide the Decepticons with an energy source, destroying all life on the planet in the process.
Autobots and Decepticons are humanoid robots that can transform into machines, vehicles and other familiar mechanical objects. Autobots often turn into civilian vehicles but some are aircraft and military vehicles.While the Decepticons are the bad guys and are not allowed on Earth.

This review is recommended to anyone who likes action packed movies that keep you out of your seat, with lots of comedy. And if you never seen the 1st transformers movie do not watch Revenge Of The Fallen because you will be lost.

I remember the first time ever playing in a real organize basketball league. I was only 9yrs old. The league was called Boston Neighboorhood Basketball League. I was kind of scared because it was way bigger than i was. I really didn't score a lot of points because everyone on the team was better than i was. I didnt suck i was good for my age and i worked hard. My team didnt do that well we loss 12 games nd won 2. After every game i cried because i HATED to lose. Next season we did a little better but we lost in the playoffs and that hurt even more. Still to this day i play in that same league but a different age group but still never one any championships. Me and my team will never give up.
